I will try my best to summerize this Bintan Trip i jus came back from, as i really have very Little time!!! BUT.......VERYYY VERYY HAPPYYY!!!!
WAnna know why!?? Catch my last phrase of this post.
My First ever Hol trip with my Best Friend -Ter. To Bintan! We went with her sis too. Her sis took charge overall-booking of accomodation, transportation, took care of our meals and most importanly planning of our fun!! So...we girls basically went to enjoy ourselves to the FULLEST!
It's a 3 Days trip. The whole trip wasn't as BAD as i expected as commented by forumns & bloggers. Instead, i find it a very clean and serene place. Very good for relaxation. Maybe becos of the difference in the resort we stayed. We stayed at Bintan Lagoon Resort, however ONE thing which is true-The EXPENSIVE FOOD. The prices were crazily high!! One normal can of pringles costing 5 bucks.
Let's go into alil detail on the trip shall we?
For Day 1. We took a ferry from Sin to Bintan. The whole bobbly journey took us 45 min. Kinda hate the feeling of it. Aft checked into our resorts at around 3pm we went walk the resort to familiarise ourselves with the facilities. We then decided to went Swimming. The most memorable moment in the swimming pool was.. we ordered drinks in the pool bar=Drinking in the pool. Aww, it was perfect! i Drank Sun bath which consists of mixture of alcohol & fruits.

Aft the swim we head back to had cup noodles for dinner. Oh..forgotten to mention how scarrry we girls are. We brought 10 cup noodles and TONS of snacks! It's jus like survival camp in a jungle, but in the end it's still not enough to fill us for the 3 days. We ended our whole day with borrowing board games and watching tv. Ter & Me lost in monopoly to her sis as we declared bankrupt even aft we merged! LOL. Slept at 2+am that nite.
Day 2.
SEA SPORTS TIME. AWW.MY LOVE!!!
But the weather was a spoilsport. It was not sunny! :(
Anw, to the activities...
We have already decided before hand to go to SNORKELING! Weeeeee~~~~
So aft our breakfast buffet, we went to gather with our instructor.
My first time. Getting alll soo darn excited cos we gotta jump into the open sea. Ter was damm afraid, she's like whinninggg non stop! lol. But soon aft 20 Min, we were all gg "WOW", "Look at this and that". We're swimming above the fishes. So Nice i tell you!!! The only thing that was painful was when the salty water gets into our nose. It's sting!!
But i believe other places will have a better sight, clearer water and more colourful corals. However, it's really a Very gd experience having our 1st time snorkeling in Bintan!
Aft taking a rest, cos Snorkeling kinda tired. We went for Banana Boat. I was seated in front. So Awesome Can! I didnt fall at all!!! I succeed concentrating. I was contemplated to show hand signal to the jet boat driver to increase speed cos it's NOT EXCITING enough!!!! But someone behind me is screamingggg like hell.. which is my dearest teresa.
Dinner was when my heart ache. Our food didnt had enough to fill us. And aft surveying allll the prices, we decided to dine at the *Cheapest Place which is $42 buffet! 42 bucks OKIE! and the food sux! but no choice la..hungry like hell.
With our bulging tummy, we went to the beach in the night to sight the live of crabs in the night. It's scarrry i tell u. Freaky cos there's lots of crabs. Me & Ter were screamming as one was spotted near us. Haha.

Day 3.
It was Sunny today. REAL SUNNY.
We need to check out at 1pm (Bintan Time)
We woke up quite early cos we were tooo tired last night. We went to take a last stroll in the Beach. Cam Whore and of course with the bright sun. Sun tanning is a MUST!!
But, it's really dammm pain and moreover we're not really properly dressed and geared with sun glasses. Didn't expect it was so hot!! That also causes me to got roasted on my arm and neck, the outline of my tank top. Left to the jetty early but still not enough time for us to shop. Cos we wasted some time on the currency with Rp to Sgd. I bought a very nice shirt which only cost me $9.
All in all, ive enjoyed myself very much. It's Awesome!!!

The reason why im shortening the details cos i only have today to blog. Cos..Cos....Wed im heading to Taiwan. Felt like a air stewardess. Haha. ya..So enjoy this post and wait for my taiwan post :)
