Im Back from Taiwan!

Due to the influx of photos and details which i will elaborate, i've decided to split into 2 parts.

Part 1

Taiwan was a Way Way AWESOME 6 Days Trip! I announce to the world :
I LOVE TAIWAN!!!!!

Of course, there were some factors i didnt liked as well. I didnt quite enjoy the food, it wasn't what i expected. I only like "Ou a Jian", dumplings and "Pearl milk tea" which tasted so much different from Sin. I didnt like their traffic there either, i didnt know how to cross their road over there, it's like buzzing with motorbikes, my mom & i basically followed the locals cross their roads. Sometimes its kinda dangerous cos they will jus drive past you in night markets, so u gotta be alert to look out for them.

This remains for the rest of our meals. Next, we went to a Pagoda for us to sightsee and take pics. Drove passed roads in Gaoxiong, it wasn’t wad I expected too, but hrs ltr, I got used to it. Went to “Love River”-Ai He. According to my Mr.Liu- My tour guide he said it will be really romantic in the night. He told us a story but I didn’t catch it well..hehe..Too engrossed with the scenes outside. Went on a Ai he boat which toured us around the river. Due to the flight, we were all quite tired but nt tired too shop!

Preparing for Dragon Boat Event.

We ended our day with our own dinner in our 1st night market in Gao xiong- Liu He Ye Shi. The night market was AMAZING. I was so exited when I saw the bright lights and all the foods, clothes blah~ We only had 1 Hr to shop so time is tight for us. Right afr eating my share I went shopping. The clothes were really cheap for some but mom kept persuading the see somemore as it’s only the 1st day. Alright then. Saw this bucket Bag and I bought it. Guess how much it Cost!!!! 4.5 SGD!!!! Freaking Cheap. I couldn’t believe my ears. I immediately grab 1. Haha. Wanna buy their shoes too which looked quite pretty and only cost $11 but such a pity, my feet too huge, no size.

Checked into our hotel (Paris) and aft settling dwn, mom & I went out to the streets to take a walk, we went for some food and also shopped a departmental store which is much cheaper than Sogo (Which sells exp stuff). Every single lil things I came across, I will check if I needed it, with my calculator in my bag, I calculate if the stuff is worth it. Typical Accountant huh. Haha.

Gaoxiong Hotel. It's only 6.30am!

Morning Call at 6am and u know wad! I thought we woke up late as the sky is bright like 7am in Sin but when I checked the time it’s only 5.30Am!! I was like …M I dreaming or wad! But I checked it with my Grandma’s watch, it’s the same timing. I didn’t expect Taiwan sky to brighten up so early! Amazing isn’t it!?

Day Two

It’s A Long long Dayye cos we spent most of the hrs in the bus cos we’re traveling to Ah Li Shan. I Rmbed watching the show to promote Taiwan “Wish to see you again”, the place was like quite beautiful. Well, it’s true. The place was cooling over there just like Genting, it’s filled with Greeneries. Stress-Free Place!!

Aft having our lunch, we went to the reserve to take a stroll and sight see weird trees. The whole place was filled with Tall Skinny straight Trees. It’s a great venue to film some Chi fighting shows. My tour group rocks! They filled my Ah ma with encouragement to complete the route and also helped her during the way. As the place was a rural area, there’s nth to shop, obviously. Haha.

Aft Dinner, we went for a performance by Yuan Zhu Ming. Darn Funny can! Initially I didn’t thought of how xiao zhu imitate Yuan Zhu Ming Accent, but I jus plainly thought it was weird, den I recalled how Xiao Zhu always imitate them, at that moment I was like laughing by myself. The Accent is Real Lor! Is really like what Xiao Zhu has acted. In Addition, the dancers are all the hotel staffs ranging frm waiters, spa masseurs; blah~ they taught us alil of their languages and of course dance. I kept being invited by them to dance with them. U will get it ltr.

For the bamboo dance, I had always wanted trying that, so when they pulled me up, I went with them immediately and the dance was so darn tired!!!! I was panting profusely as if my heart gonna jump up. I ran out of the game in e end as they shouted “Let’s Increase Speed!!” -_- They had an activity at 9pm to watch the fireflies.

Mom& I was really in a dilemma as we could also go for hot spring. Both ended at 10pm therefore we gotta decide on one. After analyzing and enquiries with our tour guide we went with the fire flies activity. We were being tricked man! There aren’t any fireflies! DARN! However, it exchanged us a night of communication with the Yuan Zhu Ming and the sight & walk on a colourful bridge. We even saw a snake on the road on our way back. Eek. Scare the Freak out of me!!!



Day Three

Last night was the only night I slept early! Haha. Woke up with birds chiping and greeneries just right outside our window. The view was great!

Aft breakfast, we left for Tai zhong. On the way, we went to Sun Moon Lake (Ri Yue Tan) Wenwu temple & Peakcock farm.











Went to Formasa aboriginal culture villa later, there was filled with theme park rides and performances by Yuan zhu ming. We enjoyed the performance, it was great man! I would say I really admired those guys for being so brave to wear so little!! I missed my bro when I was in theme park cos no one sat the rides with me!!! Don’t expect my mom or grandma rite. It’s like digging their own grave. I was so bored the whole 4 Hrs!!! Mr. liu knew my situation, he then pulled me to sit some rides with him. Great isn’t it! First time I met such a gd tour guide. My mom sat with us the 1st wan and she freaked out la…so she didn’t dare to sit the 2nd wan with us. We caught a last performance be4 heading bck to the bus, yea, I was being pulled out to dance with them again. I seriously had no idea how to, they kept turning round and round till I got dizzy!










Long Long journey again. Finally, we reached Tai Zhong, saw Lots of Bin Lan Girls dressed so scantily. Initially, I wanna try Bin lang but when I heard Mr. Liu said abt the negative effects of it, I gave it a miss. Went to a restaurant for dinner which called :Wu Jia”-5 cent. Haha. The ambience seriously was cool jus like a cave. This tour I joined was quite good, never expect they offer such gd packages.



Aft our meal, it’s Shopping time!!! Went to Taizhong Night Market( Feng Jia Ye Shi) - This Night Market was Good except they didn’t sell any food, All CLOTHES, BAGSS,blah~ Their clothes there were much much better than wad I saw frm Gao xiong! I bought my only top there for $8. I tried it in my hotel is Super nIce!!!! Never ever regretted!! Next, bought my desired colour bag for $13. Cheap right!!!!! I seriously love that bag sooo much!!!


Ive got a New Principal!! Every Country I go, I must buy a Bag from that place for remembrance. My last bought bag was in Shengzhen.
1 Hr to me was like 30 min. That nite, I regretted it soo much! I shl have took a cab to the nite market aft gg bck to the hotel! Arggggg!!!!!!! Cos my mom looked drained out as well, so we went a near by nite market which wasn’t exactly great. We ended up empty handed except papaya milk in our tummy. Hee.
